Childhood dreams do come true~
One of my very first cosplay costumes was Sailor Neptune at about 10 years old. Since then, I have only dreamed of reprising the role. She is my ultimate favorite Senshi, my anime role-model, and, to me, the epitome of beauty, elegance, and grace. Here is my first attempt in over ten years. I hope I can do her a small measure of justice.
